Is there any info about for this? When is the selection date?
All I can find is that it will happen on the 2-3/2/08

Can someone clarify how we qualify for this please?

Be in the top 20 who enter.

If I'm above anyone who's interested, I'm not going to be entering - hand isn't up to training or competing yet, so will be there as a referee instead.

Er... how do GBR entries enter? The information that has been put on the BFA website ( http://www.britishfencing.com/British_Fencing.asp?PageID=860 ) doesn't mention anything about that...

Usually via the weapon captain as it's an A grade.

Neil Brown sorted this out last year. They took the top 20 highest ranked fencers on January rankings who wanted to do it last year if I remember correctly. I don't know who is organising it this year.

To quote the FIE rule book:

The organising country (competitions in Europe) may enter up to 20 fencers plus the number needed to make up the pools.
