It looks like we should be able to see live coverage at:
http://www.universalsports.com/SportSelect.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=23000&KEY=&SPID=11667&SPSID=95644

I think they used to be called WCSN and it was US only. To view it in the UK I used to hav to connect to all sorts of proxy servers to get around the block. May be the FIE will have streaming somewhere like Belfast.

At least we should be able to see results live at http://www.live.fie.ch/antalya/

I'd rather watch it. We need to get people scouring the net for open sports feeds. I got to watch it last time but only saw stuff half way through.

anyone else think its weird that there is a gap of three days between the poules, L96 etc and the DE for each weapon.

Also why does the opening ceremony happen only on the same day as the first final. surely all the fencing that has already occured and the competitors who are already out indicate that the competition has already opened!

the live results part of the official website takes you to the FIE website live results bit.

Has anyone found them yet?

My normal spies have not reported in - much to my annoyance.

Not directly related, but does anyone know if Eurosport is showing any of this?

American one is IP blocked (and of course none of us would dream of using a US proxy to circumvent that).

The Turkish one is not showing any fencing at the moment, and I don't know the appropriate word to search the schedule.

The Italian one is STILL trying to load, very slow for me.

In other news, Limbach just made the MS final.

Sherraine Schalm (was McKay?) making it look very easy in the WE semi, about 13-6 up.

Wins 15-11 vs TOL (NED)

Not as bad to watch as I thought actually, better when you can't understand bad commentary.

Limbach vs Dimitrescu

7-8 at break. Both fencers should have called for replays on the previous two hits, but I guess that evens out..

Dimitrescu loses his head completely in second half. Challenges a call that was never going to be his and just gets swept away, trying for stop cuts and stuff which are never there. Limbach is the World Champion.

Bit anticlimactic second half really..

8-8 and advantage to shutova at end of final period.

And she takes it with 20s left, with probably her only actual "attack" of the bout.
