Hey im starting to look for an epee of my own and i was wondering if any of you had a suggestion in the area?

Are you in Germany.

If so:

You could try Ulhmann / Allstar. who are pretty good.
and it's cheaper in Germany I think.

Leon Paul Epee blades are worth a look if you're in the UK. I think many people prefer them beacause they are more lightweight.

I know this is an Epee question, but does the light weight feature apply to LP foil blades as well?? (Generally speaking)

Generally speaking, yes. The Sabre blades are fairly light weight and the foil ones too.

I don't know what makes a good Sabre blade, but in foil I'd say the balance is more important than the weight.

Absolutely, and the LP Golub. Pro blade, I understand, is remakably well balanced!! (I think it's time to change over!!) :)
