Anyone know where good portable pistes can be obtained at reasonable cost!!!
I heard about rubber ones somewhere, are they any good and available?:confused:

There are rubber ones about but they aren't that portable. They are usually 3mm thick rubber and so a full length one weighs around 50Kg. They cost between 100 and 200 provide excelent grip, last for ages and protect your floor but they are not the sort of thing you would want to be moving about in the back of your car the whole time.

Yes, I would really like to know where I can lay my grubby hands on a couple.

A couple of French firms sell them and LP do.

There is also the electrically conductive roll out plastic piste and I have herd rumors of a Rubber/Silicone mix with a high Carbon content that is conductive.
