Owing to overwhelming demand, Fencing@ is pleased to announce the next training workshop for competitive fencers across the region, will be held at Total Fitness, Wrexham on Saturday 23rd July 2011.

The event that ran at the end of May saw fencers being fitness tested against the standards of world class athletes, their own strength and conditioning training assessed and working on new skills and techniques with the aim of improving every aspect of their fencing. It proved a resounding success and highlighted the talent that exists in the UK.

The coaching staff for the event will include GB international Epeeist David Gregory and a number of specialist Sabre and Foil coaches.
