I'm relatively new to fencing and I'm really enjoying the challenge so far. I train on the weekends and find myself wanting to do more at home during the week. Practicing seems rather limited when your by yourself, mostly point-control and a lot of footwork I assume is the usual. I saw that a few vendors are selling "Training Videos & DVD's", some rather expensive, and I was wondering if any of them are beneficial. Any advice or opinions on these videos or any other individual training advice would be greatly appreiated.

Thank you

Yes, footwork is the best beginner/intermediate training you can do.

One piece of advice - buy a DVD player before you buy a DVD;)
