Louise Bond Williams ranked 2nd after pools so all going very nicely.

mens epee result:

1. Marik
2. Dong
3. Fischer (ranked 39/85 after pools)
3. Chumak

Mens Foil entry looks hard with Italy, China and Russia sending pretty much their best fencers. Not sure why germans havn't got a team.

Dear All,

Louise, Camille, Richard and David Mansour all made the top 32. The Men's Foil team fenced well to make the top 8 and then fenced China and lostt 45 to 36.Excellent team spirit all round and a real will to win.

This event this year saw the emeregnce of Japan who won team silver in WS and tean gold in MF against Italy.

The event is very tough but there are plenty of lessons to be learned from this event.
