...Can we have it?

And possibly get rid of the min 10 character in a post thing?

What are the current limits? I can understand the min 10 characters in a post. It stops people billboarding with really useless comments. As for file sizes-What do they allow?

100kb.....

The limits are in place for a reason - in particular the minimum post length.

But why did it reject the 40kb photo I tried to post and tell me it was 15Mb over size?

The forum didn't like it very much?

Honestly ... I don't know. Best to PM KK or Wingnut about that - they are in charge of the code.

Exactly the same problem

I get this problem as well. Looking at the vbulletin site it appears to be a backend config problem. I cannot fix it ...

Mailed off to KK and Wingnut a list of possible causes.

This doesn't alter the fact that the minimums are in place for a reason.

I realise that they are there for a reason but to not be able to upload a word document (a comp entry form for example) seems a bit harsh. Just thought I'd ask though :)

Hopefully we'll get a response here. PE & self have perfectly configured backends!

Yes, it's on those duck stop hits that it shows!

Should be sorted now. The problem was with the total disk space allowed for attachments. Let me know if you are still having problems.
