Also I think we're getting better at this inferiority thing. When I talk to my fencers I tell them not to buy the b*******t. If you start off...

Fantastic find. I can see why Buckie gets so much respect. He must have been way ahead of the game in the US back then. He's still working with...

Baldric makes the important point when he mentions that he struggled to hand out money to development opportunities that are worthwhile. You need to...

If only it was that simple eh? For a very long time in BF all you had was grassroots fencing. That was it: no funding no pathways.... just...

Hi, Gav. Am I able to remove a post? I put 'wheelie bag' as a subject on the 'second hand' forum when I should have said 'wheelie bag wanted' Website is great, by the way. Very useful resource. All the best, Harry

Gav, Thanks very much indeed. We do indeed have excellent Spam filters, but I really didn't want a whole load of stuff coming in from a BF sponsored site! Would have been embarassing!! Your help is very much appreciated. Best wishes, David

Hi Gav, yesterday I posted a bit of a blurb on Filton and the Apprentices' programme, and I put my email address in. After that Neil Brown advidsed me I should remove it, but (despite having edit rights on my posts) I was after the 5 mins and couldn't. Can you go in and remove the literal email addresses (2) and replace with something that malware can't detect like david dot kirby etc? It really is important tha my work email - which is necessary to publicise to BF members so we can recruit to the AASE programme - does not get spammed by Forum inspired guff! That really would bring fencing into disrepute at the College! Many thanks for your help and best wishes, David.

The thread concerned was the Filton thread by Neil Brown, announcing my appointment at Filton (Apr 2010, I think)
  8. Hm. OK. Looks fine to me. Will speak to the Pauls about it.

No error message just on the reply section there is no facility to attach. The section is there but it is all greyed out.

Just go onto a thread, try to post a reply and you should see there is no way to attach anything. I have tried it on Firefox and IE
