    Default Epee blades

Is it possible to put an all-star epee blade on a leon paul pistol grip and guard with leon paul 3 pin socket? Please say yes....

Default I Know I am going to regret this question

As Alstar don't make blades what is an Alstar blade? Do you mean a B.F. blades stamped Alstar? So my real question is why would you want to? Barry Paul Leon Paul

The LP guard is lighter, the LP grip slightly bigger (for big paws) and the LP IGS fits an LP body wire. Just that the BF blade is the preferred blade. Sorry.

In fact looking at the prices it would be cheaper to but the BF blade with the LP stamp (76.63) than with the allstar stamp (83.39). Exactly the same blade but I guess that Allstar mark them up more! Funny that seeing as Allstar Germany mark them up when they buy from BF, then Allstar UK mark them up after buying from Allstar Germany before selling to the UK customer.

So in fact you could buy the complete weapon from LP for less than buying the components from two places and save yourself two lots of P and P and the hassle of assembling the weapon.
Of course you would have to put up with the stigma of using a BF blade with an LP stamp rather than an identical BF blade with an Allstar stamp... Can you cope?

Go forth and purchase at http://www.leonpaul.com/acatalog/Onl...c_Epees_2.html

blade came today! Fitted it up and works (and looks) groovy. So an allstar blade with lp guard and handle does work!
