Lame on bibs for children

Please can anyone tell me what the rules are for children's masks needing lame bibs? I'm sure it's on here somewhere but I'm a sabreur so as usual I am going for the quick and easy option

Lame bibs are required for anyone using a size 5 weapon, so as children Under 14 have to use size 3 or smaller blades, they don't require lame bibs.

For typical competitions,

BYC etc U12's/U14's - No Bib, U16's/U18's - Lame Bib

LPJS/EYCs U11's/U13's - No Bib, U15's/U17's - Lame Bib

Interesting....in the US, we just said EVERYONE has to have them....from Y10 to Vet70+.
