Two competitions for the price of one!

EPEE ONLY - U15; U13; U11; U9

Ideal for fencers of all standards – Brixton Fencing’s LPJS has two levels of
competition in one event.

The main competition runs like every other in the Leon Paul Junior Series, complete with
medals and points which may qualify you to join the England epee squad in Poland (points
apply to U13s and U15s only).

For newer fencers (U11 and below) who are building experience and learning to compete,
getting knocked out in the first round doesn’t mean you have to go home early and empty
handed. We are running a plate competition with special medals – in a competition
designed to build confidence, and recognise new talent.

I have just had an email to say that places are filling up uncharacteristically fast - so please do not delay returning your forms.

We have a limited sized venue, and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Are entry lists being posted anywhere Edward?

Would be good to start the LPJS year with this as an ambition for all of the competitions in the series.

Initial lists will be posted this weekend - but early signs are that responses are about 50% ahead of normal.

Please get your bookings in early to avoid disappointment!

This will be a great way to get a decent number of early points on the England Fencing rankings

89 Fencers to January 11, 2013. This is still well ahead of last year which was a sell-out at 140 fencers on the day.

Please get your entries in quickly to avoid disappointment.

We are on 138 fencers (140 capacity), but we do sometimes get people dropping out, and will build a waiting list.

Email webmaster@brixtonfencingclub.com if your name isn't on the final list which will be posted on Monday. In the meantime I have updated the list to tonight.
