Leon Paul FIE Epee blades

Does anyone know what the equivlant 'old numbers' are agaisnt the new 'flexability' that Leon Paul sell their FIE Epee blades (E10MLP) with? I phoned earlier and from past experience of their sales staff i'm not 100% convienced I got the right answer.

They used to mark it by the degree of movement when a weight was attached at some point along the blade to check its legality.

45 is the least movement and so the stiffest. I'm not sure of how high they used to go but the higher the number the more flexible.
