The uhlmann trophy - 13th & 14th april 2013

In association with The University of Leeds Fencing Club and Allstar UK, this will be a full six-weapon competition with BFA ranking points available for those who qualify held on the 13th & 14th of April at The Edge Sports Centre, University of Leeds, Willow Terrace, Leeds LS2 9JT

FORMAT OF THE COMPETITION:

There will be one round of poules.
Everyone will be promoted to the Direct Elimination stage.
We will have prizes for the top for in each weapon and the best cadet and veteran.

Full metal pistes will be available.

The entry fee is £20 per weapon and £30 for two weapons (you may only enter ONE weapon per day).
The closing date for entries is Monday 2nd April, any entries received after this date will be at the discretion of the organisers, and a late fee of £10 will be applicable.

Saturday 13th April

Mens Foil: 09.00hrs
Womens Foil: 11.00hrs
Women's Sabre: 12.00 noon

Sunday 14th April
Men's Epee: 09.00hrs
Women's Epee: 11.00hrs
Men's Sabre: 12.00 noon

NOTES:
All entrants must be current members of the BFA (or home Countries registration).

RULES:
British Fencing rules will apply, subject to changes at the organisers discretion.

The minimum age for fencers is 13 as at 1st January 2013 .

VENUE:
The Edge, University of Leeds, Willow Terrace, Leeds, LS2 9JT
There will be free parking available, an Allstar Uhlmann shop as well as an armourer and refreshments for purchase on site.

This was a great Competition last year, fantastic Hall and facilities. Not to far away and was traveled to and back in the one day. So fellow Scots get your entries in.
