Looks like dates for 2017-2018 for nominated and non-nominated comps have been up for all weapons cadets/juniors on BF site since May 4.

I hope your dates are right, rather than the ones on the BF site, because it will be a shame if the dates clash with Cadet Winton, especially this year.

See http://www.faegtning.dk/staevner/kal...-circuit-2018/ for the revised Copenhagen date.

It would not be the first time & probably won't be the last as the nominated international competition dates for the Cadets are at the whim of the FIE not BF.

It is worth noting that the FIE have not made their calendar for 2017-18 official yet (it's not yet even on their website) so I might be tempted to use pencil rather than ink at the moment.

Note of caution the EFC Calendar has not been formally approved. This will be done at the Congress which takes
    place next weekend.

There may some changes to the rules.

Some federations have jumped the gun a little and published their 2017-18 schedules already, like France - http://www.escrime-ffe.fr/download/c...ffe-2018-4-pdf

    Rule changes sound interesting

I don't think that the changes will be significant if any, but I was advised might apply to team events.

I cannot speak for other Federations and Organisers, but in the case of the Sabre events on 28/29 October these
dates are confirmed, because I requested a change of date for Satellite and this was approved by FIE and the
EFC approved running Cadet Tournament on same weekend.

So as Copenhagen isn't the 16/17 December, as quoted on the BF nominated cadet competition calendar, will they select the nearest to that date ? Grenoble 9/10 December ?
