    Default Paul Walker

    It is with a very heavy heart and great sadness that I post this.

    Paul Walker sadly passed away at home last night. He leaves behind his wife and 2 boys. He was a valued member of the club, as treasurer and a coach. He was heavily involved in running the children's club. He will be greatly missed by everyone at the club.

    I know Paul was involved with Streatham and he has many friends in the fencing community, which is why I am posting this. I dont have any details of funeral etc but I will be happy to pass on any information I get if people want to contact me.

    I am going to really miss him.. I never got to beat him.. and now I never will.

    I find it hard to believe Paul's gone; so sad. Always so bouncy and cheerful. Condolences to his wife and boys. He will be missed by many.

    for anyone who may interested;

    Kathy, Pauls wife has asked me to put the funeral details here, all are welcome to attend.

    Pauls' funeral will be on Tuesday 9th April at Southwalk Cathedral at midday. He was a server there and the cathedral is likely to be packed.
